Inpatient Admissions Process
1. Call With Admissions
We’ll walk you through what to expect, help verify insurance, and do a quick screening to gather background details.
2. Get Ready for Arrival
Once insurance is confirmed, we’ll review financial details, share what to bring, assist with paperwork, and help schedule your intake appointment.
3. Intake and Assessment
When you arrive, you’ll complete a comprehensive evaluation covering your mental health, recovery history, and medical background. A safety check of personal belongings is also done to support a secure environment.
4. Care Planning and Settle In
Based on your assessment, we’ll develop a personalized care plan. You’ll receive a medical evaluation and be shown to your room to begin settling in and focusing on your recovery.
5. Begin Detox (if needed)
If detox is part of your plan, we’ll start it under close medical supervision.
6. Start your Program
Once the intake process is complete, you’ll begin your structured daily care.

Outpatient (In-Person and Virtual) Admissions Process
1. Schedule Your First Session
We’ll help you find a start date that fits your schedule and commitments.
2. Complete a Virtual or In-Person Intake
You’ll speak with our assessment team to review your background, current situation, and goals. From there, we will discuss what treatment will look like for you.
3. Technology Setup (for virtual care)
We’ll walk you through how to access your sessions securely and smoothly.
4. Start Your Personalized Care
You’ll meet your primary therapist and support team, who will create a care plan tailored to your needs, including individual and group sessions.
5. Engage in Ongoing Programming
Begin attending weekly sessions, build recovery tools, and receive continued support as your progress is monitored and your plan is adjusted over time.

Admissions FAQs
We’ll help you decide which level of care is the best fit based on your needs, schedule, and recovery goals. Each program offers a different structure of support — here’s a quick breakdown to help you explore your options:
How long does the admissions process take?
The admissions process usually includes a phone consultation, a brief screening on use and behavioral health history, insurance verification, and a review of your financial options. We’ll also walk you through what the program looks like and answer any questions to help you feel prepared and comfortable.
In most cases, it’s a straightforward process that can be completed in a single day if everything moves quickly.
How fast can someone start treatment?
Most people can start treatment within 24 to 48 hours after their initial call. Same-week starts are often possible, especially for outpatient or virtual care.
What therapies do your treatment programs use?
Our programs use a mix of evidence-based and holistic therapies to support long-term healing. Each treatment plan is personalized based on the person’s needs and goals. Core therapies include:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
- Individual
- Group therapy
- Family therapy
- Holistic practices (like yoga and mindfulness)
Do you offer medical detox?
Yes, we offer medical detox with 24/7 supervision to help you safely manage withdrawal. As part of detox, we’ll also help you plan for your next treatment steps — inpatient or outpatient care. While some of our locations offer detox on its own, we strongly recommend following it with a full treatment program to support long-term recovery.
What aftercare is available after I complete treatment?
Every program includes a personalized aftercare plan that we begin building early in your treatment. Aftercare helps you stay on track after treatment by connecting you to ongoing support, resources, and relapse prevention strategies. You’ll also have lifetime access to our alumni program, which offers community support and additional resources at no extra cost.
